You're taking in fewer calories than you normally would so you'll see some weight loss. We see cleansing as less of a weight loss tool and more of a full body reset tool. It's a great way to kickstart your weight loss journey.

  • That’s totally up to you! Our most popular cleanse is the 3-day program, it’s not too long, but not too short either. Plus, after day 3 you really start to miss chewing, ha! But if you want to go longer, you can work with our team to customize a longer cleanse to support your body and goals. Just shoot us an email.

  • YES! It’s important to drink water while doing a juice cleanse. We want to make sure you stay hydrated and happy.

    When it comes to coffee, we recommend not drinking caffiene during your cleanse to maximize the full benefits. But the world won’t end if you have a cup of coffee.

  • No. Your body is working extra hard to support yourself and your baby, so cutting calories is not medically recommended.

  • You shouldn’t do a juice cleanse if you have kidney disease, are nursing or are pregnant. We recommend talking to your primary care provider before making any changes in your diet.

  • You can, but don't over do it! We suggest taking it easy. If you really need to work out opt for a gentle yoga class, a long walk, or a relaxing bike ride. Cleansing is hard enough as it is, so be gentle to yourself and use this time to reset, and relax.
