That’s totally up to you! Our most popular cleanse is the 3-day program, it’s not too long, but not too short either. Plus, after day 3 you really start to miss chewing, ha! But if you want to go longer, you can work with our team to customize a longer cleanse to support your body and goals. Just shoot us an email.

YES! It’s important to drink water while doing a juice cleanse. We want to make sure you stay hydrated and happy.
When it comes to coffee, we recommend not drinking caffiene during your cleanse to maximize the full benefits. But the world won’t end if you have a cup of coffee. -
No. Your body is working extra hard to support yourself and your baby, so cutting calories is not medically recommended.
