Vegan "Chip-otle" Taco Salad
Save a horse, eat a salad. We’re serving up Southwest realness with a bed of greens and kale, crowned with fresh avocado, our house-made vegan Chipotle Ranch, and a cowboy caviar that’s basically a flavor stampede (black beans, jalapeños, red onion, sweet corn, tomatoes, cilantro, lime, and sea salt) and topped with Hippeas vegan "Cool Ranch" style tortilla chips for that added kick of crunch!
